Introduction

From the time a child enters kindergarten in India, they are on a journey that will eventually lead them to a job. This journey is filled with many different milestones that must be achieved in order for the child to be successful. There are many different paths that a student can take, but there are some common steps that all students must go through on their journey.

Let’s learn more about the journey a student has to take before they begin working:

The first Learning

The first step in the journey is kindergarten. In India, kindergarten is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended. Most students who attend kindergarten do so because they will be starting school the following year. Kindergarten teaches students the basics of reading, writing, and math. It also helps them to develop social skills and learn how to follow rules and take turns.

The build-up

The next step in the journey is elementary school. The elementary school continues to build on what was learned during kindergarten and also introduces students to subjects like science, geography, history, arts, & music. During this time students will begin learning English as well which will help them once they reach high school. Once a student completes elementary education they are ready to move on to the next step in their journey.

Plan for the career path

High school is a very important time in a student’s life. This is when they begin preparing for their future career. In order to do this, they need to choose the right subjects to study. High school also introduces students to college which is an important step in the process of getting a job.

Prepare for the Future

The last step is college and then jobs! College is an important part of preparing students for their future careers. In India, most people go to college after high school because it gives them more opportunities when trying to get a job. There are many different options available depending on what type of degree you want to get. College also gives students the chance to network with other professionals who can help them get a job after college is completed.

A New Life

Jobs are an important part of life after completing high school and college. The job you get will depend on the level of education that you have received so far. There are many different jobs available in India, but if a student wants to continue their education they can go for masters. They can even go for a doctorate degree which could help them advance higher in their career path.
